Two Recipes for Home Made Fast Food

Basmati Rice (Leftover)

The next time you have leftovers of Basmati Rice, put a little water in a saucepan, cover with the rice, add salt, pepper, turmeric and shredded cheese, cover and heat on low until cheese has melted.

Enjoy!


Chickpeas with Tuna

Sauté chickpeas in a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add Tuna, add Turmeric, mix while warming.* 
If you have time to chop and sauté some onions first, then add the chickpeas and the rest, it would be a bit sophisticated.

Enjoy!

*To warm food, put it on medium low heat until warm.  If you want it faster, put it on medium high and then on low.
